Two Injured by Israeli Gunfire and Shelling Across Gaza

An elderly woman and a young man were injured by intensive Israeli gunfire northeast of Khan Younis, as occupation forces carried out demolitions and strikes east of Gaza City and in central Gaza.

An elderly woman and a young man were injured on Friday by intensive gunfire from Israeli occupation vehicles northeast of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Local sources said the elderly woman was injured on Street 5, while the young man was injured in Hamad City, amid intensive gunfire from Israeli vehicles in the area.

In Gaza City, an Israeli drone of the "Quadcopter" model dropped explosive bombs in the vicinity of the Shujaiya intersection east of the city, while the occupation army carried out a series of demolitions of buildings in its eastern areas.

Airstrikes also targeted the vicinity of Mushtaha Street and the Sanafour area east of Gaza City, accompanied by intensive reconnaissance aircraft flying overhead, while Israeli artillery shelling hit the eastern areas of Deir al-Balah in the central Strip.

According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the death toll since the ceasefire on 11 October 2025 has risen to 1,439, while the number of injuries has reached 5,052.
