Settler bulldozers levelled citizens' land in the northern part of Umm Safa village, aiming to expand the settlement outpost on Jabal al-Ras established in 2024.

Settlers bulldozed farmland on Sunday morning in the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources said bulldozers belonging to the settlers levelled citizens' land in the northern part of the village, aiming to expand the settlement outpost established on Jabal al-Ras since 2024.

The sources added that settlers have seized hundreds of dunams of citizens' land in the southern area over the past months, coinciding with the paving of roads there and the establishment of new settlement outposts around the village.

Umm Safa village is repeatedly subjected to settler attacks, including bulldozing of land, uprooting of trees and seizure of land, which has restricted residents' access to their farmland and sources of livelihood.
