Separate areas of the West Bank on Monday witnessed attacks carried out by settlers, including the erection of trellises and the raising of occupation flags in the Tubas plain, the destruction of agricultural crops in Ramallah, the storming of the village of Burqa, and the cutting of electricity lines to residents' homes east of Hebron.
In Tubas, settlers, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, erected trellises and raised occupation flags in the Einoun area, amid fears that the move could be a prelude to establishing a new settlement outpost in the area.
In Ramallah and Al-Bireh, settlers released their livestock onto residents' lands in the town of Beit Ur al-Tahta, west of Ramallah, causing damage to a number of agricultural crops. Settlers also stormed the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, and toured its streets and lands in an attempt to drive farmers off their land.
In Hebron, settlers from the "Adorim" settlement outpost, recently established on residents' lands in the area, cut the electricity wires supplying about 20 homes in the Wadi al-Awar area of the village of Bireen, east of Hebron, for the sixth consecutive time, cutting off power to the affected homes.
