Settlers burned a mosque, a vehicle and an olive tree at dawn on Wednesday during an attack they launched on the village of Mukhmas, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
Jerusalem sources said the settlers wrote racist slogans on the walls of the mosque after setting it on fire.
The attack comes amid an escalation of settler attacks on places of worship in the West Bank, as the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs reported that mosques have been subjected to more than 45 attacks by settlers since the beginning of 2026.
