Israeli Forces Force Dozens to Vacate Homes in Hebron

Occupation forces stormed the al-Jalda and Deir Bahha areas of Hebron at dawn, besieged them and forced dozens of residents out of their homes, while entrances to the city remain closed.

Israeli occupation forces at dawn on Saturday forced dozens of Palestinian families to vacate their homes in the al-Jalda and Deir Bahha areas of Hebron, after storming both areas and besieging them with large military forces.

Local sources said occupation forces raided the two areas during the dawn hours, imposed a siege on them and forced dozens of residents to leave their homes.

The move came a day after occupation forces demolished a three-apartment residential building in the Farsh al-Hawa area west of Hebron, and closed the area and its main entrance, which is the only outlet linking the city to the bypass road.

Occupation forces also prevented residents and their vehicles from entering or leaving the area, and closed the roads and entrances leading to the city of Hebron.
